The Whipple remodeling consists of a first phase remodeling and addition to the east (right rear) master bed/bath rooms in the late summer / fall of 2005. This included adding an additional six feet by nineteen foot addition to the existing flat roof master, located in close proximity to an existing crabapple tree that was to remain. The planning included a bay projection similar to an existing one. It was started late fall of 2005.

During the winter holidays of 2005, the family considered expanding the project. After a meeting and some discussion the decision was made to expand to and addition that demo'd the existing fabric roofed screened porch and build a new roofed three-season screened porch on an existing bluestone slab (with existing perimeter foundation). Also added, was an expansion to the existing kitchen / rear mudroom area. This is an interior rendering of the new Sunroom with wet bar.

The phase two and three (screened porch and Sunroom) are currently in for village plan review and approvals, pending, and hopefully an early spring start.
