Grand Retail Center is a new project in 2003-2004, located in Libertyville, IL on Rte 137 (Peterson Rd) and is serving new retail, office and restaurant tenant spaces. The new building was built around an older existing facility housing the tenants scheduled to be the anchor of the new building. This require us to design the new building setback from the existing, while the new was constructed in phases around the existing operation. The building is now completely open with only one open tenant space remaining.
