A large interior remodeling / exterior addition to an existing subdivision home in northern, IL in 2005 involving adding a third car garage, a new Sunroom on a full 9 foot basement addition, and extensive interior remodels and upgrades. An entire new kitchen remodeling and new first floor mudroom / laundry / storage facility was added.

Construction is near completion as of early 2006.
